Green Together: Turning Climate Action into Everyday Impact

At Intelcia, sustainability is more than a commitment—it's a collective movement. As part of our In the Move program and aligned with the Take Action pillar, we launched Green Together, a global initiative encouraging our teams to turn everyday actions into meaningful climate impact.

Inspired by the 2026 World Environment Day theme, "Climate Action," Green Together promotes practical initiatives across our countries—from reducing energy consumption and recycling to greening our workplaces and adopting more sustainable habits.

Highlights from Around the Group

AESM Region – Local Actions, Lasting Impact

Across the AESM Region, teams in Egypt and the Dominican Republic demonstrated how everyday actions can contribute to a more sustainable future. In Cairo, employees celebrated World Environment Day by transforming an outdoor space through a tree-planting campaign, planting 50 pots of different plants to create a greener and more welcoming workplace. Meanwhile, in the Dominican Republic, collaborators embraced eco-friendly habits such as reusing water bottles, switching off lights, improving waste sorting, and collecting approximately 85 kg of recyclable materials during a Recycling Drive. Together, these initiatives show that both large and small actions can create meaningful environmental impact.

Spanish Region – Acting for Communities and the Environment

Employees participated in environmental volunteering days to clean public spaces and green areas, while recycling awareness campaigns made waste sorting easier across sites. The region also partnered with the SEUR Foundation to collect plastic bottle caps for social projects and shared a Green Together newsletter highlighting initiatives to reduce energy and water consumption.

Portugal – Raising Awareness

In Portugal, Green Together was promoted through an internal awareness campaign encouraging employees to adopt more environmentally responsible habits in their daily work.
